Christiane has been practising meditation and mindfulness for over 25 years.
She has experienced first hand what a profound and positive impact a consist practice can have on daily life.
She is a long time yoga and movement teacher and trained to teach the MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) course through Bangor University. She has done additional training with both the Oxford Mindfulness Centre and Mindfulness in Schools. She follow the good practice guidelines for mindfulness teachers. Her particular interest is in how mindfulness can help us develop well-being and resilience and she works with groups, families, individuals and companies.
