I have been teaching yoga and mindfulness for over 25 years to children and adults. I have run 25 + MBSR course (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Courses) and worked for the Mindfulness Project in Central London for over 10 years.
I've learned a lot and made many mistakes along the way. This has helped me developed many hacks and shortcuts that I ca share with you to get you to where you want to be more quickly.

Each session is 30 minutes long and is paid by weekly subscription which you can cancel at any time.
